About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential tech organization seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their Creative Studio in London. Our client operates a portfolio of consumer-facing digital products and is building out a geographically diverse creative team to support global projects across multiple time zones.
In this senior individual contributor role, you'll work on a wide variety of projects spanning global campaigns, social content, cultural brand moments, and marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and art directors as part of a full-service in-house creative team that partners with external production resources worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design across print, digital, social, growth, marketing, and campaign work for multiple brands globally
- Take ownership of complex briefs from concept through execution, delivering consistently excellent on-brand work
- Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and art directors to produce cohesive creative across all touchpoints
- Contribute actively in brainstorming and concepting sessions with fresh ideas and a clear point of view
- Present work to key stakeholders, articulating design decisions and how they support brand objectives
- Champion brand standards across all markets and touchpoints, ensuring consistency at every level
- Manage your own workload effectively and flag resource or timeline considerations proactively
- Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing and product to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions
- Stay current with design trends, cultural moments, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in design roles, preferably within the tech sector
- Expert command of design applications including Adobe CC and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and versatile design thinking across multiple channels—brand campaigns, social content, digital, and print
- Track record of delivering high volumes of quality work in fast-paced environments
- Confidence taking full ownership of projects from brief to final delivery
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, and color theory
- Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting and explaining creative decisions to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive managing multiple briefs and tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Comfort working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a geographically diverse team
- Understanding of content management systems for asset tracking and creation
- Positive, can-do attitude with flexible approach to complex problems
