We're seeking a Product Manager – Wealth to lead the evolution of their flagship AI-powered platform used by financial advice firms. This platform helps advisers and paraplanners transform their workflows through intelligent automation of documentation, compliance, and client servicing.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll drive product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for an established product with a strong customer base. Your focus will be on scaling the product through continuous improvement, enhancing customer workflows, and delivering measurable value that drives retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, balancing investment between new capabilities, product quality, and platform improvements to maximise customer and commercial impact
• Lead continuous discovery with advisers, paraplanners, compliance teams, and prospects, building deep understanding of customer workflows and translating insights into product decisions
• Rapidly validate ideas using prototypes, customer research, and experimentation to reduce delivery risk before committing engineering effort
• Own beta programmes for new capabilities, working closely with customers to gather structured feedback and determine feature readiness for general release
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate strategy into clear delivery plans, maintaining a healthy backlog and ensuring high-quality feature releases
• Build strong relationships across Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial, and Marketing teams
• Use customer feedback, usage analytics, and product metrics to guide prioritisation, measure success, and continually improve the product
• Stay informed about industry trends, adviser technology, AI developments, and FCA regulation

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience scaling an established product by improving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
• Demonstrable experience leading customer discovery and translating customer insight into product decisions
• Track record of working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality software
• Excellent product judgement and strong communication skills
• Confidence to make difficult prioritisation decisions, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives
• Analytically rigorous approach, comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data
• Proactive, self-directed, and passionate about improving products through continuous iteration and customer feedback

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-powered products or machine learning technologies
• Experience within financial services, wealth management, or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty, adviser technology platforms, or wealth management workflows
• Experience running beta programmes or defining quality standards for AI-generated outputs
