Product Manager Grower Experience (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization building digital infrastructure for a specialized European industry sector. Our talent team is searching for a Product Manager to own the grower-facing experience within their platform—a solution that connects producers, buyers, and distributors through modern software.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead product strategy and execution for applications used by commercial growing operations. This role requires deep customer empathy, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate field insights into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the grower experience domain
• Conduct weekly user interviews independently; build relationships with customers and visit operations on-site periodically (driver's license required)
• Partner closely with Design and Engineering teams to guide the full product development lifecycle
• Lead user research sessions with Design; translate findings into actionable product decisions
• Establish KPI frameworks to articulate business value and measure product success
• Use tracking and analytics tools to validate assumptions and make data-informed decisions
• Communicate roadmaps, PRDs, and product rationale clearly in both written and verbal formats
• Leverage AI tools for prototyping, data analysis, and efficient collaboration with engineering
• Own commercial outcomes for your product area, from strategy through release and beyond

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 4–5+ years of product management experience with B2B software products
• Proven ability to lead user interviews independently; willingness to travel for on-site customer visits
• Hands-on experience with tracking and analytics platforms
• Excellent written communication skills for roadmaps and product requirement documents
• Current knowledge of AI developments and practical application of AI tools in product workflows
• Fluent German and very strong English
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Experience with inventory management, logistics, or commerce workflows
• Software engineering background combined with product management experience
