Product Manager – Financial Services

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Product Manager to drive their Financial Services product vision and execution. In this role, you will:

• Define short and long-term product roadmaps for financial services features, working closely with the Financial Services team
• Identify new features and evolve existing ones to improve client performance in payments, embedded banking, and marketplace finance
• Build and maintain market and product analyses to identify functional gaps and prioritize investments
• Manage, prioritize, and optimize the functional backlog for development teams
• Collect customer feedback and anticipate future needs in the financial services domain
• Champion AI-native product practices using modern AI tools across discovery, specification, and delivery workflows
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and development squads during design workshops
• Partner with Legal and business teams to launch compliant, viable solutions
• Work alongside Data Science and Product Design teams to integrate intelligent features
• Support Marketing and Go-To-Market teams on product launches, training materials, and documentation
• Contribute to recruitment and coaching of other Product Managers to strengthen product culture

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• 4–6+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven track record within a SaaS software company
• Significant experience with financial products and processes including factoring/cash advances, billing and collection mechanisms, payment systems, lending platforms, and embedded banking integrations
• Hands-on familiarity with API design and integration ecosystems
• Marketplace environment experience is a bonus

Skills:

• Product roadmap ownership and backlog prioritization
• Financial product expertise (payments, lending, embedded banking)
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Proficiency with product management tools such as ProductBoard, Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms

Languages:

• French: Full professional proficiency required
• English: Full professional proficiency required
