Product Manager – Fulfillment (12-month contract)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Product Manager to lead their Fulfillment product area on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will:

• Own the complete roadmap and backlog for order management and dropship capabilities, prioritizing features, grooming work one quarter in advance, and maintaining clear 6-month roadmaps with 12-month innovation horizons
• Lead critical platform migration projects for strategic US accounts, delivering shipping label functionality and carrier tracking infrastructure
• Drive the delivery experience roadmap by automating workflows, improving shipment visibility, unlocking competitive carrier rates, and building warehouse-level delivery promise features
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to capture market signals, align priorities, and successfully launch new features
• Contribute to the broader product management community by championing AI-powered methods and tools

This position requires being onsite 4 days per week in either the Paris or Bordeaux office. You will join a focused team of 7 product professionals working on core fulfillment experiences for a marketplace platform.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 6–9 years of product management experience with full autonomy over roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Proven track record in order management, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
• Fluency in both French and English to operate effectively across global teams

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or dropship operations
• Background in B2B SaaS products

Essential Skills:

• Ability to make difficult prioritization decisions and say no when necessary
• Strong product vision with genuine drive to innovate
• Hands-on approach to AI: not just curious, but eager to ship AI-powered solutions in production
• Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders across technical and business functions
• Experience with Jira for sprint and backlog management, ProductBoard for roadmap planning, and AI tools
