Product Manager – Fulfillment (12-month contract)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Product Manager - Fulfillment for a 12-month contract position in Paris. Our client operates a sophisticated marketplace platform serving global retail and B2B clients, and they need an experienced product leader to own and advance their fulfillment capabilities.

This is a fixed-term role requiring onsite presence 4 days per week in Paris. Freelance arrangements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap and backlog for order management and dropship capabilities, maintaining clear quarterly grooming, 6-month roadmap visibility, and 12-month innovation planning
• Lead technical migration initiatives for strategic accounts, delivering features including shipping label functionality and carrier tracking infrastructure
• Drive delivery experience product strategy: automating workflows, improving shipment visibility, enabling competitive carrier rate access, and building warehouse-level delivery promise features
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to capture market signals, align priorities, and successfully launch new features
• Champion AI-powered methods and tools within the product management community
• Make data-driven prioritization decisions and maintain focus by declining lower-impact requests when necessary

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 6–9 years in product management with demonstrated autonomy over roadmap ownership, backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
• Proven track record in order management, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms
• Fluency in both French and English to operate across global teams
• Full ownership of product vision and delivery within your domain

Preferred Background:

• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or dropship operations
• B2B SaaS product experience
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered solutions to production

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Jira for sprint and backlog management
• Experience with ProductBoard or similar roadmap tools
• Working knowledge of AI tools for product development
