Product Lead – SaaS

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing PropTech organization in Manchester that is transforming how property professionals deliver services across the UK market. Our talent team is recruiting for a Product Lead who will own a significant domain spanning property management and client accounting systems. This is a hybrid role combining strategic ownership with people leadership—you'll drive roadmap and commercial outcomes while line-managing and developing Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for a core product domain that spans multiple product lines including lettings platforms, partner integrations, and consumer-facing experiences
• Oversee critical functional areas: client accounting systems, payment processing, maintenance workflows, and tenancy progression
• Line-manage and develop Product Managers through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and career development planning
• Set organizational standards for discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder communication across the product function
• Drive commercial success with autonomy from day one, defining what excellent product leadership looks like in this newly created role
• Integrate AI tools strategically into product operations and day-to-day workflows

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership and demonstrable commercial impact
• Prior experience managing and mentoring Product Managers—you know what excellence looks like and can coach others to achieve it
• Comfort operating with significant autonomy; you can set direction and bring stakeholders along without close supervision
• Active, genuine use of AI tools integrated into your product practice, both tactically and strategically
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate what you built, why, and the results achieved
• Drive to elevate not only your product area but how the entire team operates
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK

This role requires both hands-on product work and people leadership. You will balance roadmap ownership with team development. The position is hybrid in Manchester with up to 3 days per week working from home—fully remote arrangements are not available.
