Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Product Lead to own critical product areas within their AI-powered investing platform. This is a remote position based in the Netherlands.

You'll be joining a global organization building next-generation financial applications for millions of users. Our client operates across multiple markets and is expanding their product suite to help people save, invest, and manage money more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas across financial services including investing, payments, savings, and related verticals
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver results
• Transform complex financial products into simple, intuitive customer journeys
• Use data, feedback, research, and production insights to inform product decisions
• Launch features, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous iteration
• Make informed trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance requirements, and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or similar hands-on product role
• Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows
• Track record working closely with engineers and designers to ship real products
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning
• Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mentality with ability to drive work independently
• Experience in fintech, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products strongly preferred
• Must be based in the Netherlands
• Strong English communication required
