Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding its AI-powered investing platform across Southeast Asia and global markets. Our client is seeking a Product Lead to own critical product areas within their stockbroking vertical. This is a remote role for candidates based in Portugal.

As a recruiting partner, we work with builders who understand users deeply, ship quickly, and iterate relentlessly. This role is for someone who can turn complex financial products into simple customer experiences while balancing speed, compliance, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product areas across investing, payments, savings, insurance, or related financial services
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans from first principles
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver features
• Simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive customer journeys that drive adoption
• Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and production insights to inform product decisions
• Launch features rapidly, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous iteration based on real-world results
• Make informed trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and operational complexity
• Drive work forward with limited guidance and high ownership across ambiguous problem spaces

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth operator, or similar hands-on product role
• Strong product intuition with demonstrated ability to simplify complex user workflows
• Track record of working effectively with engineers and designers to ship real products to market
• Comfort with metrics, experimentation, user feedback loops, and post-launch learning cycles
• Excellent written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
• High ownership mentality with ability to execute independently without constant oversight
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth product environments is strongly preferred
• Must be currently based in Portugal (remote work within Portugal)
• Strong English communication skills required for collaboration with global teams
