Senior Motion Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential iGaming organization seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join their dynamic social media team. This is a contractor role based in Serbia, working remotely to produce high-volume, fast-turnaround creative content across multiple brands and platforms.

Our client operates in a fast-paced digital entertainment environment where trends move quickly and creative execution needs to be both excellent and efficient. You'll be creating motion graphics, editing video content, and transforming static assets into engaging social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, graphic design, and video content optimized for social media platforms
• Edit short-form videos including reels, stories, ads, interviews, event footage, and branded content
• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging social-first videos with strong hooks and mobile-first execution
• Animate static designs, key visuals, typography, illustrations, and campaign assets
• Adapt content across multiple brands, platforms, formats, and dimensions
• Add subtitles, sound design, music, transitions, effects, and other post-production elements
• Collaborate with social media managers to translate trends, briefs, and creative ideas into executable content
• Produce fast-turnaround reactive and trend-based social content
• Manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Stay current with social media, video editing, motion design, and AI creative trends

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in motion design
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both motion design and video editing capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent understanding of animation, typography, composition, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Deep understanding of short-form and social-first video content
• Experience editing diverse types of footage and content
• Ability to work across different brands and visual identities
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects from brief through final delivery
• Comfortable working independently in a remote contractor environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, editing, or production
• Background in entertainment, gaming, sports, lifestyle, or other fast-moving consumer industries preferred
• Good written and spoken English
• Portfolio or showreel required with application

This role requires: A high-volume work mentality, comfort with constructive feedback, ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines, and alignment with a performance-driven culture. This is not a traditional 9-5 position.
