Cyber Ark transformation lead

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology services organization seeking a CyberArk Transformation Lead for their India office. This is a senior-level role requiring 12–15+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiatives. You will define strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery for large-scale security transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CyberArk transformation programs from initial assessment through production deployment across enterprise environments
• Define and deliver PAM strategy, roadmap, governance frameworks, and operating models for the organization
• Conduct current-state security assessments and design future-state architecture aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate customer workshops and lead executive-level security discussions
• Develop and execute migration strategies from legacy PAM solutions to CyberArk platforms
• Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, testers, and integration specialists
• Establish implementation standards, security best practices, and compliance protocols
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, application, IAM, and security teams across the enterprise
• Drive risk mitigation activities, issue resolution, and maintain executive reporting cadence
• Establish and lead a CyberArk Center of Excellence (CoE)

What We're Looking For

Required Technical Skills (12–15+ years):

• Deep expertise in CyberArk PAM components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk Identity Security Platform
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP directory services
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
• Enterprise-level IAM and security architecture experience

Preferred Certifications:

• CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian
• CISSP or CISM
• Azure Security or AWS Security Specialty
