Part Time Remote Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote talk therapy services to clients throughout Colorado. This is a part-time, fee-for-service position ideal for independently licensed professionals looking for flexible scheduling and the ability to build a meaningful client caseload from home.

We are looking for compassionate, evidence-based practitioners who are comfortable working with diverse client populations and interested in being part of a collaborative clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients across Colorado using modern video conferencing and EHR technology
• Treat a variety of clients including individuals, couples, and children as a behavioral health generalist
• Maintain consistent availability for a minimum of 15 sessions weekly with approximately 20 hours of scheduled availability
• Work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve measurable therapeutic progress
• Participate in clinical community activities including case consultations and continuing education opportunities
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with clinical standards

What We're Looking For

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist/PhD)
• Current Colorado residency
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week for client sessions
• Willingness to see a diverse client base including couples and children
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care

Pay

Compensation is fee-for-service based on session volume and may include bonus opportunities. Pay details will be discussed during the interview process.
