Product Director

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential charity fundraising organisation based in London. This Product Director role offers the chance to shape product strategy at a mission-driven business that has already demonstrated significant market traction while maintaining a lean, high-performing team.

You'll be joining an early-stage product organisation with substantial greenfield opportunity ahead. This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite in Holborn, London.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across several cross-functional product squads
• Grow and coach a high-performing team of Product Managers, setting standards for talent and product craft
• Drive company-level product strategy to support product-led growth initiatives
• Own area-level OKRs, roadmaps and delivery, ensuring squads remain aligned and operate efficiently
• Drive innovation across the product experience, including new features and personalisation capabilities
• Scale and evolve the experimentation engine to support rapid learning and optimisation
• Support international expansion initiatives and help launch into new markets
• Shape how product squads collaborate with engineering, design, data and commercial teams
• Bring AI into the product team's toolkit to automate workflows and improve efficiency
• Act as a bridge between Product and the wider business through compelling storytelling and communication

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building products, creating structure and leading through ambiguity
• Track record of solving complex problems, scaling teams and delivering meaningful impact through technology and customer experience
• Ability to set strategic direction while remaining hands-on when teams need execution support
• Demonstrated success inspiring high-performing product teams and influencing stakeholders across organisations
• Skill in bringing clarity to fast-moving, dynamic environments
• Passion for mission-driven work and creating social impact through product innovation
• Experience with product-led growth strategies and scaling experimentation capabilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories to diverse audiences
