About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Product Builder to join a high-impact team focused on governance and enterprise administration experiences. This is a remote role offering significant ownership and the opportunity to work at the intersection of product thinking, user experience, and hands-on development in an AI-first environment.

Our client is building the next generation of their unified management platform, where enterprise teams govern processes, manage access, and administer complex systems at scale. You'll be joining the Enterprise & Governance pod, working directly with customers and internal stakeholders to shape critical features including access control, workspace management, audit capabilities, and platform administration interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Discover and clarify meaningful user problems for administrators, Center of Excellence teams, and enterprise architects through direct customer engagement and collaboration with forward deployed engineers
• Shape product direction through rapid iteration, practical judgment, and a strong focus on solving underlying problems rather than simply implementing feature requests
• Prototype, build, harden, ship, and iterate on product improvements across enterprise and governance surfaces including access control, workspace and tenant management, audit and compliance features, and platform administration
• Leverage AI tools effectively to accelerate development, implementation, and learning while maintaining high quality standards
• Collaborate closely with other builders and product strategy counterparts to turn ideas into shipped outcomes, working across team boundaries where governance surfaces integrate with core platform components
• Continuously improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of product delivery within your pod

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Direct experience shipping product in a software environment with hands-on delivery, not just coordination or requirements gathering
• Ability to work fluidly across product thinking, user experience design, and technical implementation
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating open-ended problems into practical next steps
• Strong collaboration and communication skills suited to remote-first, pod-based work environments
• Curiosity about users, commitment to fast learning loops, and bias toward iterative product improvement
• AI-native delivery habits: effective use of AI tools for first drafts and implementation while critically reviewing and improving output
• Ability to clearly describe and shape intended user experiences including flow, hierarchy, states, copy, and accessibility considerations
• Strong product and customer judgment to understand the user problem behind requests and make pragmatic decisions that create broader product value
• Sound technical judgment within established architectures, including ability to test implementations, trace issues, understand frontend/backend boundaries, and contribute beyond pure frontend scope

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with workflow software, orchestration platforms, admin tooling, or similarly technical product surfaces
• Background working in small, high-autonomy pods with broad ownership across discovery, design, and delivery
• Familiarity with enterprise governance concerns such as identity and access management, RBAC and permission models, multi-tenancy, audit logging, or compliance-driven requirements
• Experience designing for administrator and platform-operator personas
• Ability to capture validation learnings clearly and distinguish signal from noise to improve product validation practices
