Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital health organization based in München. In this Product Designer role, you will:
- Design screens, user flows, and interactions for a health and workplace wellness platform
- Translate product requirements and technical contexts into simple, well-considered user experiences
- Create precise designs and specifications that serve as optimal input for AI-supported, agile product development
- Evolve and maintain the design language and design system
- Validate your concepts through user feedback and iterate on your designs
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product Development and engineering teams
- Contribute your ideas to the continuous improvement of digital products
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking candidates with:
- Several years of experience in product and UX/UI design for digital applications
- A portfolio demonstrating well-thought-out user flows and clean UI craft; proficiency in Figma is required
- The ability to quickly understand technical contexts and evaluate which solutions best achieve desired outcomes
- Familiarity with modern AI-supported workflows in product design
- An interest in health, prevention, and healthy lifestyle topics
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and structured working style
- Enthusiasm for working in small, motivated teams
- Fluency in both German and English
