About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing renewable energy e-commerce organization based near Bremen. Our client is seeking a strategic SEO professional to drive organic growth across traditional search, generative engine optimization (GEO), and AI-powered search platforms.

This is a hybrid role based in Achim, offering the opportunity to shape SEO strategy from both technical and content perspectives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategy across traditional search, GEO, and AI search channels to drive sustainable organic growth
• Build scalable content and topic architectures that support long-term visibility objectives
• Advance technical SEO infrastructure in collaboration with e-commerce and external development teams
• Analyze Search Console and GA4 data independently, separating organic from paid traffic and identifying content cannibalization issues
• Prioritize SEO initiatives based on business impact and available resources, ensuring clear decision-making processes
• Integrate SEO requirements into content, brand, and creative workflows, bridging technical and creative teams
• Coordinate cross-functional SEO projects with e-commerce, conversion rate optimization, and design teams
• Track organic traffic performance through the full conversion funnel, measuring impact beyond rankings
• Collaborate with external publisher and affiliate partners on content strategy and SEO alignment

What We're Looking For

• Several years of SEO experience, ideally in e-commerce or agency settings with strategic responsibility
• Strong foundation in technical SEO, content optimization, and data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record developing and implementing sustainable SEO strategies
• Independent expertise with Search Console and GA4, particularly for traffic segmentation and cannibalization analysis
• Experience with or strong interest in GEO and AI search as core components of modern search strategy
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with SEO and web analytics platforms
• Experience prioritizing complex projects and collaborating across interdisciplinary teams
• Understanding of funnel dynamics and conversion logic beyond ranking positions
• Structured, self-directed working style with strong communication abilities
• High affinity for data, processes, and continuous optimization
• Fluency in German required for this role
