Werkstudent*in Strategy / Research (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential communications agency in Berlin that is seeking a working student to support their strategy and research function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, and data analysis while completing your studies.

We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 18 months, starting as soon as possible. This role offers the potential for transition into a full-time position after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify audience-relevant insights and consumer trends
• Support the development of brand and communications strategies
• Assist in creating and analyzing customer journeys
• Research and evaluate key consumption, consumer, and societal trends
• Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative research designs
• Assist in defining and analyzing relevant brand and campaign KPIs
• Analyze tracking data, social listening metrics, search volumes, and market research findings

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, business psychology, psychology, communications, business, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to distill complex topics into concise summaries
• Genuine interest in people, brands, target audiences, current events, and especially data
• Enthusiasm for working with data: tracking metrics, social listening, search volumes, opinion and market research
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts from your coursework
• Ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently on assigned tasks
• Conscientious and responsible approach to completing projects
• Previous internship experience is welcomed but not required
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based position
