About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization in the personal data privacy space. They are seeking a Privacy Advisor to join their Privacy Operations team and play a critical role in protecting members by locating and removing personal information from online sources.

This is a remote position within the USA, requiring strong operational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit and remove personal information from a wide range of online sources to protect members' privacy
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex "problem sites," applying creative strategies to ensure successful data removals
• Maintain detailed case documentation in Jira and internal systems to ensure transparency and auditability
• Identify patterns in site behavior, member issues, or tooling gaps and escalate with actionable feedback to team leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive operational improvements
• Support ad-hoc data removal requests and contribute to refining internal playbooks and standard operating procedures
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across workflows

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in internal operations, Trust & Safety, professional services, or customer support
• Demonstrated ability to execute at scale, such as processing high volumes of tickets, data entries, investigations, or similar work
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail in accuracy-sensitive environments
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues simply
• Proficiency with G Suite tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs) and experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Adaptable and resilient personality that thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Passion for learning new processes, tools, and industry concepts quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Trust & Safety, privacy operations, or fraud/risk investigations
• Experience working in adversarial environments (e.g., bad actors, fraudsters, or data brokers)
• Familiarity with privacy regulations or consumer data protection concepts
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and providing feedback to product or engineering teams
