Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B marketing organization in München seeking an intern to drive digitalization of their sales and marketing operations. In this role, you will:

• Support social selling initiatives by conducting targeted outreach to potential contacts within defined lead segments
• Build and maintain marketing and sales databases to ensure data quality and accessibility
• Contribute to projects focused on social selling, automation, and CRM optimization
• Assist with the implementation of a new CRM system and support digital transformation of sales processes
• Perform data analysis and create reports that inform business decisions
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams
• Transform marketing and sales data into actionable revenue opportunities

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates who bring:

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable fields
• Genuine interest in marketing, sales, or data management along with enthusiasm for digital tools
• Structured, independent working style with strong analytical thinking and quick learning ability
• Ideally, initial exposure to CRM systems and solid proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Excellent German language skills
