What You'll Do

• Prepare, dispense, and verify medications with precision to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
• Counsel patients on medication use, dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions
• Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, contraindications, and safety concerns
• Collaborate with clinical teams on medication therapy optimization and patient-specific recommendations
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Document patient consultations and maintain detailed, accurate pharmacy records
• Address medication-related inquiries from patients and healthcare providers promptly and professionally
• Stay current with pharmaceutical knowledge, healthcare regulations, and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid state pharmacist license with current DEA registration
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice standards, drug interactions, and clinical contraindications
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records
