About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential IT services organization in the Braunschweig area. Our client requires a mandatory internship candidate (Pflichtpraktikum) to support their recruiting operations for a 6-month placement. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in HR and talent acquisition within the technology sector.

Responsibilities
- Support the creation and optimization of job advertisements
- Assist with applicant management including candidate data entry, sending acknowledgment emails and rejections, and coordinating interview schedules
- Prepare for and participate in candidate interviews
- Analyze, define, and document HR processes while actively contributing to digitalization initiatives within the HR function
- Research current HR and digitalization topics, including new tools and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student (m/w/d) in law, business, social sciences, or psychology
- Some initial experience in HR is desirable but not required
- Good proficiency with MS Office applications
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in German-language environment (Braunschweig location)
- Available for a 6-month mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
