Responsibilities

We are representing a leading digital marketing agency seeking a talented Social Media Manager to drive organic growth for high-profile consumer brands. In this role, you will develop comprehensive social media strategies that build authentic communities and deliver measurable results across platforms including TikTok and Instagram.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing end-to-end organic social media strategies and independently managing brand accounts to achieve growth objectives
• Providing strategic consulting to clients, delivering expert recommendations and driving collaborative growth initiatives
• Identifying viral mechanics and emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram before they reach mainstream adoption, translating these insights for premium brands
• Analyzing performance data, formulating evidence-based testing hypotheses, and continuously optimizing existing content strategies
• Overseeing the creation of high-engagement content assets and actively mentoring team members to elevate their skills

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a strategic social media professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, preferably gained in an agency environment. You should possess strong intuition for what makes content succeed organically and demonstrate proven strategic capabilities.

Essential qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven social media management experience, ideally from an agency background
• Deep understanding of platform mechanics, viral content triggers, and organic growth strategies
• Strong consulting presence with the ability to confidently present recommendations and influence client decisions
• Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise to develop team capabilities
• Fluent German (native level) and strong English communication skills
• Alignment with collaborative, performance-driven workplace values
