Responsibilities

• Communicate and align in English with international partners and stakeholders on a daily basis
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
• Optimize campaign performance to align with business goals and maximize ROI
• Prepare comprehensive reports and conduct quality assurance reviews according to project requirements
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver culturally relevant marketing solutions
• Analyze campaign data to support strategic decisions and ongoing optimization efforts

What We're Looking For

• Language: Advanced or fluent English required for effective communication in an international environment
• Experience: Proven background managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic channels
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience creating and managing performance ads using CPC/PPC models
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach to analyzing campaign results and identifying optimization opportunities
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain organization in daily routines and complete tasks within established deadlines
