CRM Manager (all genders)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential marketplace platform in their search for a CRM Manager to join their marketing organization in Berlin. This role offers the opportunity to shape lifecycle campaigns, drive customer retention, and reactivate dormant users in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You'll be instrumental in elevating the CRM strategy through testing, optimization, and insight-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM lifecycle campaigns with a strong focus on win-back and reactivation strategies
• Continuously optimize campaigns and customer journeys through A/B testing to identify the most effective communication channels, strategies, and offers
• Create regular reports and ad-hoc analyses, interpret data, and identify trends and optimization opportunities (including insights from customer surveys)
• Monitor and track all initiatives, reporting results to relevant stakeholders
• Stay current on CRM trends and derive new, impactful strategies for the business

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or Communications
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, or campaign management
• Strong understanding of data-driven CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and deriving customer insights to increase revenue and retention
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and Google Analytics; experience with Braze is a plus
• Analytical, conceptual, and creative working style with a strong hands-on mentality and reliable time management
• Team player with clear communication skills and fluent German and English (C1-C2 level)
