We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in the Tegernheim area that specializes in home décor products. Our client operates through multiple digital sales channels and is seeking a reliable administrative professional to manage day-to-day operations. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who thrives on precision and system-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product data, pricing, and inventory levels across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Process orders, verify payment receipts, and coordinate shipment logistics
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and handle return or complaint processes efficiently
• Navigate and maintain records within inventory management systems and integrated platforms
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks that keep online sales operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Reliability above all – you deliver consistent, dependable work even on routine tasks
• Comfort working with multiple software systems and navigating administrative interfaces
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in Excel; detail-oriented and structured approach to work
• Bonus: experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, inventory management software like JTL, or marketplace seller tools
• Commercial training is welcomed but not required – the key is careful work and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• German language proficiency required for customer communication and system navigation

Work Arrangement

• Part-time role: 20–32 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, with brief online coordination meetings 3–4 times weekly
• Fully remote (anywhere in Germany) or hybrid if located near Regensburg/Tegernheim
• Small, collaborative team with short communication channels
