People Onboarding Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a People Onboarding Specialist to join their People Operations team in Paris. Our client is scaling rapidly across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, and needs a skilled professional to design and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new team members worldwide.

In this role, you will own the complete onboarding journey—from offer acceptance through the critical first months—ensuring every new hire feels prepared, welcomed, and set up for success. You'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace teams to build scalable processes that maintain consistency while honoring local needs across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end onboarding journeys for new hires across multiple geographic regions
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine onboarding programs and supporting resources
• Coordinate pre-arrival logistics to ensure equipment and resources are ready before each start date
• Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations, and integration milestones
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align onboarding processes and maintain effectiveness
• Track onboarding metrics and leverage data to identify improvement opportunities
• Drive scalable process improvements as the organization grows
• Manage travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for relocating new joiners

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience delivering onboarding or employee programs from start to finish
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication capabilities
• Comfort working across teams and quickly adapting to new tools and workflows
• Proven ability to identify efficiency opportunities and implement meaningful change
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking outcomes and improving processes
• Hands-on attitude with willingness to own daily operational tasks
• Confidence navigating HR technology platforms such as HRIS or payroll systems
• Commitment to creating a welcoming, consistent experience for every new colleague
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus given the global nature of the role
