Responsibilities
We are representing a leading observability and cloud monitoring platform provider seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to support their Pan-EMEA Global Systems Integrator partnerships. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our client's partner channel, driving successful technical initiatives and ensuring partner teams are fully enabled to deliver value.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Leading the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
- Participating in joint business planning and review sessions to align technical teams between our client and their partners
- Supporting partner technical initiatives including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, and enablement workshops
- Advocating for partners' technical concerns and requirements, working internally to bring them to resolution
- Analyzing partner service offerings and providing recommendations to enhance value through improved platform adoption
- Collaborating with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features
- Continuously curating and evolving best practices for platform adoption and customer success
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate brings 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role, with a solid technical foundation in IT Development and/or Operations. You should be a self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to articulate technical value from server room to boardroom.
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrable track record of continuous learning and technical excellence
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas:
- Observability platforms and monitoring tools
- Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Development/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go)
- Configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
Bonus qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting Systems Integrators or Managed Services Providers
- Experience with APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management, synthetic monitoring, or network performance monitoring
- Strong root-cause-analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
