Senior Solution Consultant CPG / Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with deep expertise in CPG and manufacturing. In this role, you will:

• Lead customer engagements to define business objectives and translate them into strategic supply chain planning solutions
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect and deliver tailored solutions that measurably improve customer profitability
• Own the end-to-end integration of enterprise software with clients' existing systems and processes, ensuring scalability and long-term fit
• Oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet the highest standards
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in maximizing product value and championing continuous improvement
• Provide senior-level support for critical incidents and lead value-driven development initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing expertise and raising the overall capability of the team

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Relevant academic background in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Extensive professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations with a comprehensive understanding of planning and scheduling challenges at scale
• Advanced data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong proficiency in SQL
• Strong track record of leading complex implementations, including testing, quality assurance, training, and user adoption
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-changing environment
• Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage
