Part-Time/ Mobile Ultrasound Technologist

Global Diagnostic Services, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Mobile Ultrasound Technologist in Canton, Fulton County. We're seeking an experienced diagnostic professional to deliver ultrasound services directly to patient sites across our service area.

What This Role Involves

As a mobile ultrasound technologist, you'll travel to various patient locations to perform diagnostic imaging exams. You'll work weekdays only—no weekends required—with a flexible schedule designed around your lifestyle and availability. When patient demand is lighter, you may enjoy occasional time off mid-week while maintaining your part-time commitment. We provide the vehicle you'll use to reach patient sites, so you can focus entirely on quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasound examinations at multiple patient sites using portable and facility-based equipment
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort during imaging
• Operate ultrasound equipment and capture diagnostic-quality images and video
• Document findings accurately and maintain records in compliance with medical standards
• Communicate with physicians and care coordinators regarding study results
• Maintain equipment and report any technical issues promptly

Skills & Qualifications

• Current professional credential as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent state certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation history
• Proficiency with ultrasound equipment and software systems
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in varied environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to imaging quality standards
