About the Role

This position focuses on early‑stage assessments for electric‑vehicle‑related construction projects, providing strategic insight that helps clients move from concept to execution with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on site conditions, regulatory requirements, and market factors for EV‑focused developments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, schedule analyses, and risk registers to inform go/no‑go decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, financiers, and sustainability advisors to shape project scopes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear reports and executive briefings.
• Support the preparation of bid packages and pre‑construction documentation that meet client and lender standards.
• Stay current with emerging EV infrastructure technologies, incentives, and building codes affecting construction planning.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., P.E., CCM) are a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in pre‑construction services, cost estimating, or project controls, preferably within energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Sage Estimating, ProEst) and schedule tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical data into actionable business insights for non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with EV charging station design, utility interconnection processes, and related permitting procedures is advantageous.
