The Opportunity

As Park Lead, you'll take charge of site operations at our Buford location, leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role puts you at the heart of our business—managing activities, ensuring guest safety, and cultivating the team atmosphere that makes Urban Air Adventure Parks a destination for families and groups throughout the Atlanta metro area. You'll develop leadership skills across every aspect of our operations while mentoring team members and driving excellent service standards daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations, including guest services, facility maintenance, and safety compliance
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain facility standards
• Manage event and party bookings, coordinating logistics to create memorable experiences for guests
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
• Maintain operational budgets, inventory, and reporting requirements
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and company procedures consistently
• Collaborate with upper management on strategic initiatives and performance improvement
