Park Lead

Urban Air Adventure Parks seeks an experienced Park Lead for our Sunset Hills, Saint Louis County location. This is a full-time management position where you'll oversee all operational activities and lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

About the Role

As Park Lead, you are the operational backbone of our facility. You'll manage everything from guest arrivals through departure, ensuring safety standards are met, team members are engaged and performing at their best, and every visitor—whether enjoying open play or attending a private event—leaves with lasting memories. You'll work directly with ownership and regional leadership to drive business growth, optimize staffing, and maintain the high-energy atmosphere that defines Urban Air Adventure Parks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and guest flow management
• Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service and enforce all safety protocols
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and performance to meet operational demands and business objectives
• Coordinate and oversee birthday parties, private events, and special programming to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Monitor facility safety and compliance; conduct regular equipment inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
• Resolve guest concerns and staff issues with professionalism and sound judgment
• Build and sustain a positive, team-oriented workplace culture that reflects Urban Air's values
