As Assistant General Manager, you'll be central to our Arlington Heights location's success, partnering with the General Manager to lead daily operations, develop staff, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver strong business results. Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day facility operations and oversee performance across all departments
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Create and manage staff schedules, optimize staffing levels, and allocate resources efficiently
• Enforce safety protocols, maintain facility standards, and ensure brand compliance
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and sound judgment
• Support business performance targets and contribute to strategic planning
