About the Role
You'll serve as the operational and cultural backbone of our Madison location, responsible for everything from the first guest arrival to closing time. This role demands both business acumen and genuine care for creating positive experiences—managing staff, events, safety, and the many moving parts that keep an adventure park thriving.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop your management team, fostering a workplace where collaboration and accountability drive success
- Direct daily park operations across all functional areas
- Oversee birthday parties, corporate events, group bookings, and special celebrations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Train and coach staff to maintain consistent quality and enthusiasm
- Manage scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Champion safety protocols and operational excellence every single day
