About the Role

In this position you will drive the strategy and execution of go‑to‑market enablement initiatives that empower our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver measurable results across the energy and natural resources sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and roll out comprehensive enablement programs including training curricula, playbooks, and certification pathways.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales leadership to identify skill gaps and align enablement efforts with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a centralized content library that ensures reps have timely access to up‑to‑date messaging, competitive intelligence, and solution assets.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure program effectiveness, track adoption, and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, and on‑demand learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and global audiences.
  • Coach enablement coordinators and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the enablement function.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading GTM enablement, sales enablement, or learning and development functions within a B2B or technology‑focused organization.
  • Strong instructional design skills with expertise in creating engaging, adult‑learning‑focused content.
  • Ability to translate complex market insights into clear, actionable enablement materials for varied audiences.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, LMS tools, and sales productivity technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
