Maintenance Technician

Urban Air Adventure Parks seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Naperville location to ensure all attractions remain safe, operational, and appealing to our guests. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences across our adventure park facility.

About the Role

As Maintenance Technician at Urban Air Adventure Parks, you will oversee the upkeep and visual presentation of all facility attractions and support systems. Your technical expertise and reliability will be essential in maintaining a safe, clean environment where families and guests can enjoy our attractions with confidence. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, you'll take ownership of maintenance priorities and respond proactively to repair needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on attractions and associated mechanical and electrical equipment
• Respond to repair requests and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and operational standards
• Clean and maintain the appearance of attractions and surrounding areas
• Collaborate with management and team members to prioritize maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Mechanical or technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
