About the Role

As a Snapology Instructor at our Morrisville location, you'll facilitate interactive building and problem-solving experiences designed to introduce children to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts through play-based learning. Working with learners ages 2 to 14, you'll guide students through structured Snapology activities that encourage hands-on exploration and collaborative skill-building in a supportive, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Teach Snapology programs using curriculum designed for various age groups and developmental levels
• Foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities through project-based instruction
• Lead engaging STEM education activities that connect play to foundational learning concepts
• Create an inclusive, encouraging classroom atmosphere where all students feel confident participating
• Manage classroom behavior and pacing to ensure productive, safe learning sessions
• Communicate program progress and student development with families
