We are representing a leading media agency in London that is seeking a Paid Social Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic team. Our client operates at the intersection of data, technology, and creative media solutions, delivering sophisticated social advertising campaigns for major brands.

This role offers the opportunity to work on market-leading paid social campaigns across multiple platforms in a fast-paced agency environment that prioritizes professional development and training. You'll be based in central London with a hybrid working arrangement (approximately four days per week in office).

Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive on the Paid Social team, you will:

• Execute end-to-end setup and management of paid social campaigns across all major social media platforms
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns meet best practice standards
• Monitor campaign performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimizing to improve results
• Produce detailed weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, often using Microsoft Excel
• Write insightful performance commentary with actionable recommendations for clients
• Support detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reports, quarterly/annual reviews, and standalone projects
• Collaborate closely with line managers and wider team members, including global colleagues
• Manage workload effectively and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels
• Follow mandatory agency finance processes to ensure prompt payment and invoicing
• Attend regular platform training sessions with partners to develop paid social expertise
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to a collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with paid social advertising campaign management and execution
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Understanding of major social media advertising platforms and their respective ad managers
• Excellent attention to detail for quality assurance and campaign troubleshooting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy agency environment
