What You'll Do
- Coordinate comprehensive training and adoption support activities across federal healthcare organizations
- Collaborate with trainers and adoption coaches to plan and deliver effective learning programs
- Provide on-site support and hands-on guidance for federal healthcare end users during Oracle Health implementation
- Identify skill gaps and adapt training approaches to meet federal sector needs
- Travel to healthcare facilities nationwide to oversee training initiatives and address adoption challenges
- Collect stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training quality and adoption outcomes
What We're Looking For
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Availability to travel up to 100% as required by the role
- Background supporting enterprise software adoption, training programs, or change management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within federal healthcare or government environments a plus
