Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Hendersonville, Henderson County to represent our trusted home remodeling brand and connect with homeowners across the community.

About the Role

As a part-time Brand Ambassador with Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths, you will be the friendly, energetic face of our company at retail locations, community events, home shows, and other high-traffic venues throughout the Hendersonville and Henderson County area. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people, sparking conversations, and helping homeowners discover quality solutions for sunrooms, windows, baths, and doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in genuine, approachable conversations about our remodeling products and services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations for our sales team
• Represent the Joyce brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at events and storefront displays
• Distribute promotional materials and clearly communicate the value of our craftsmanship
• Accurately capture customer contact details and report daily results

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Comfortable initiating conversations and working in a face-to-face environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods and work on-site at events and retail venues in the Hendersonville area
• Previous experience in promotions, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required
