Oracle Financial Accounting Hub Consultant

Accenture is hiring a full-time Oracle Financial Accounting Hub Consultant in Culver City, Los Angeles County, to help enterprise clients transform how their financial data is captured, standardized, and reported.

About the Role

As an Oracle Financial Accounting Hub Consultant at Accenture, you will design and deploy solutions built on the Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), enabling organizations to consolidate accounting events from multiple source systems into a single, governed ledger. This on-site position in Culver City places you at the center of finance transformation programs, partnering with stakeholders to translate complex accounting requirements into scalable, well-controlled technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Financial Accounting Hub to support accurate, auditable financial reporting.
• Map data from disparate source systems into standardized accounting rules and subledger structures.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, then translate them into functional and technical FAH designs.
• Support integration, testing, reconciliation, and deployment activities across project phases.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and technology teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Document configurations, processes, and controls to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, subledger accounting, and general ledger processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial applications and data integration from multiple source systems.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site in Culver City, Los Angeles County (this role is not remote).
