About the Role
This full-time position is central to our bakery production line. You'll combine precision, consistency, and artistry to create beautifully finished cakes that meet our rigorous quality standards. Every item that moves through the icing line carries your commitment to excellence and safety—supporting our Customer 1st promise.
Core Duties
- Apply icing and decorative elements to cakes with precision and visual consistency
- Package finished cakes according to specifications and food safety requirements
- Execute line changeover procedures to transition between product runs efficiently
- Monitor output quality and alert supervisors to any variations or concerns
- Maintain workstations and equipment to food safety and manufacturing standards
- Support our Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR) priorities in every shift
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand throughout your shift and perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliability and teamwork—you communicate issues and collaborate with your crew
- Genuine commitment to workplace safety and food handling protocols
- Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shift schedules as assigned
