Principal TPM -AI Infrastructure

Oracle is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager for AI Infrastructure, based full-time at our New York State Campus in Albany County. This leadership role drives strategic program execution across our growing AI infrastructure portfolio, overseeing GPU delivery programs, infrastructure deployment, and cross-functional operational excellence.

About the Role

As Principal TPM for AI Infrastructure, you'll own end-to-end program execution for mission-critical AI infrastructure initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of hardware provisioning, datacenter operations, and vendor partnerships—where technical rigor meets program leadership. You'll manage multiple concurrent infrastructure programs, each with complex dependencies and time-sensitive delivery requirements.

What You'll Do

• Drive GPU delivery programs from planning through deployment, tracking capacity timelines and ensuring on-time availability across Oracle's AI infrastructure footprint
• Manage end-to-end program execution, defining milestones, dependencies, and success metrics across hardware, datacenter, and infrastructure teams
• Partner cross-functionally with hardware engineering, datacenter operations, and external vendors to identify and mitigate risks before they impact deployment schedules
• Own comprehensive program reporting, operational dashboards, and stakeholder communication for infrastructure readiness and capacity planning
• Establish processes and rigor to scale program operations as AI infrastructure initiatives expand
• Coordinate vendor management and delivery logistics to ensure infrastructure scaling meets business timelines

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role managing infrastructure, hardware, or large-scale deployments
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams in hardware, operations, or logistics environments
• Strong program management fundamentals: planning, tracking, risk management, and dependency coordination
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with external vendor partnerships
• Comfort with technical infrastructure and deployment workflows; ability to understand and communicate across hardware and software domains
• Leadership presence and bias for operational rigor and accountability
