About the Role
As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, you'll be at the heart of Walmart's digital fulfillment operation. Your work directly impacts the shopping experience of customers who order online. This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy and efficiency are equally important.
What You'll Do
- Retrieve merchandise from inventory based on online customer orders
- Verify that picked items match order requirements and customer specifications
- Pack orders securely and professionally for shipment
- Use warehouse management systems to log order status and complete required documentation
- Maintain organized, safe workspace standards and follow all safety protocols
- Meet daily picking and packing targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to process orders efficiently and meet fulfillment deadlines
- Report system issues or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Comfortable learning and using warehouse technology systems

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation
Walmart offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $14 to $27 per hour, based on experience and other factors. You'll also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Shift premiums may apply depending on your schedule and assignment.
