Onboarding Specialist HR

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization specializing in HR and payroll solutions across Mexico. As an Onboarding Specialist – HR, you will lead structured, high-quality implementations of HR modules for our client's platform, ensuring customers can operate the system confidently and independently.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end HR onboarding for customers, ensuring all implementations meet defined timelines and quality standards
• Take ownership of the HR onboarding process from handoff by the sales team through to successful implementation closure
• Deliver structured training sessions on HR modules, ensuring customers understand key workflows and best practices
• Validate that all critical HR configurations are complete, tested, and aligned with customer operational needs
• Coordinate closely with Payroll Onboarding Specialists during shared implementation phases to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Maintain proactive follow-up with customers to keep configurations, training sessions, and deliverables on track
• Document onboarding progress, risks, and outcomes in internal systems to ensure complete visibility and traceability
• Gather customer feedback during onboarding and provide insights to continuously improve processes and materials

Your impact will be measured through Time to Activate (percentage of HR customers onboarded within SLA) and customer satisfaction scores achieved during the HR onboarding phase.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS companies
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR system implementations
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-module implementations
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Previous experience with HR SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of or familiarity with payroll processes is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish required; this position is based in Mexico
