Diagnostic Radiologist (Daytime and Overnight Shifts) – Hollywood, FL | Radiolog

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a well-established, physician-led radiology practice in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a Diagnostic Radiologist to join a collaborative group of 60+ fellowship-trained specialists serving a comprehensive healthcare network that includes multiple hospitals, a Level I trauma center, and stroke centers throughout the region.

We are recruiting for both daytime and overnight positions in Hollywood, FL, with exceptional flexibility in work arrangements—onsite, hybrid, or fully remote options are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic radiology interpretations during assigned shifts
• Deliver high-quality patient care during critical hours, particularly for overnight coverage
• Collaborate with a fellowship-trained team of radiologists in a physician-led practice environment
• Support hospital affiliates including trauma and stroke centers across the network
• Participate in internal moonlighting opportunities as available

• Board eligible or board certified (ABR or AOBR)
• Fellows and residents are welcome to apply
• Commitment to quality diagnostic imaging and patient care
• Interest in flexible scheduling options that support work-life balance
• Willingness to work either daytime shifts (8 AM–5 PM and 5 PM–11 PM with no overnight coverage) OR overnight shifts (nine-hour shifts such as 8 PM–5 AM EST or 11 PM–8 AM EST on a 7 nights on/14 nights off rotation)

Compensation and Benefits

Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package including a base salary of $500,000, commencement and retention bonuses, PTO, and comprehensive health benefits for individuals and families. A practice-provided home workstation is included for remote or hybrid arrangements. An annual discretionary bonus and robust internal moonlighting opportunities add to the total compensation potential.
