About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in their search for a Senior Retail Asset Management Finance Lead. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for portfolio planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance execution supporting a national branch network.

Our client operates within Real Estate Services and seeks a senior professional to serve as a key integrator across asset management, design and construction, transactions, and facilities management functions. You will partner with leadership across finance, operations, and business units to operationalize portfolio priorities and provide actionable financial insights that drive informed decision-making.

This role manages a team responsible for forecasting, analytics, reporting, and portfolio support activities, ensuring consistent and accurate information flows to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Integrate financial, operational, and portfolio information across real estate functions to support investment decision-making and execution
• Translate strategic direction into actionable planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance activities
• Develop executive-ready insights and recommendations supporting investment planning, prioritization, and funding decisions
• Lead forecasting, planning, and budget management activities supporting real estate programs and branch network investments
• Support annual planning processes, multi-year investment outlooks, and ongoing financial reviews
• Execute governance processes and portfolio review routines providing visibility into investment pipelines, project readiness, and funding utilization
• Oversee production of executive reporting, dashboards, portfolio analytics, and investment performance updates
• Partner with stakeholders across asset management, construction, facilities, transactions, finance, and business leadership to support portfolio execution
• Monitor portfolio performance and project readiness to support effective investment execution and funding redeployment
• Promote accountability through structured reporting, governance, and portfolio oversight
• Assess and escalate risks impacting investments, forecasts, or business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, funding utilization, and financial transparency

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate real estate, business analytics, or program and portfolio management
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex investment portfolios, governance processes, and cross-functional business initiatives
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision-support capabilities
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information and drive informed decision-making across multiple functions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence in a matrixed organization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including financial modeling, forecasting, analytical reporting, and management of large datasets
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills strongly preferred, with experience developing executive-level presentations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
