NetSuite Implementation Senior Consultant

Deloitte is hiring a NetSuite Implementation Senior Consultant to lead transformational business technology projects in International, King County. In this role, you'll architect and deliver enterprise cloud solutions that directly drive operational performance and financial clarity for mid-market and large organizations.

About the Role

Modern finance organizations require strategic guidance and technical excellence to succeed with cloud-based enterprise systems. As a Senior Consultant, you'll partner with CFOs and their teams to translate complex business challenges into robust NetSuite implementations that measurably improve financial operations, visibility, and decision-making. You'll take ownership of solution design, lead cross-functional implementation teams, and ensure projects deliver on scope, timeline, and value.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end NetSuite solutions aligned with client business objectives and technical requirements
• Lead implementation workstreams, manage project timelines, and coordinate with client stakeholders at all levels
• Architect financial modules, reporting frameworks, and system integrations tailored to each organization's needs
• Guide and mentor implementation teams through configuration, testing, and deployment
• Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to understand operational pain points and optimization opportunities
• Serve as the trusted technical expert, providing recommendations on best practices and system capabilities
• Ensure post-go-live support and training enable clients to realize maximum value from their investment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in NetSuite implementation, consulting, or financial systems
• Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite modules, customization, and configuration
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting processes, and business requirements
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
