The Opportunity
A & H Security Services is hiring an experienced F80 Supervisor to lead and manage security personnel across our Jamaica and Queens area sites. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with security protocols, and maintain the high standards of professionalism that define our work throughout the region. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct security staff across assigned Jamaica and Queens locations
- Monitor site security operations and ensure adherence to company procedures and client requirements
- Conduct inspections, respond to incidents, and document all activities accurately
- Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed
- Train and mentor security personnel on best practices and safety protocols
- Prepare reports and maintain records for management review
- Address scheduling, staffing, and operational challenges
Qualifications
- Valid F80 security license or equivalent certification
- Proven supervisory or management experience in security services
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Clean background and reliable transportation
