Litigation Legal Assistant

Integr8staff is hiring a full-time Litigation Legal Assistant in Houston, Harris County, Texas — an on-site role supporting a busy litigation practice through every stage of the case lifecycle.

About the Role

As a Litigation Legal Assistant with Integr8staff, you will provide hands-on support to attorneys handling active litigation matters in Houston, TX. This is a 100% on-site, non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime, with a standard schedule of 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Central Time. Compensation is offered as DOE (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and procedure.
• Apply working knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court rules and procedures to keep matters on track.
• Help prepare, organize, and maintain case files, pleadings, and related legal documentation.
• Coordinate case logistics and support the team during deadlines and trial schedules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated litigation experience, with a solid grasp of trial procedures.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and appellate court rules and filing requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Houston during the scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
